Xavière Grigonis

I've lived in Lithuania for close to 20 years. I learned to navigate the culture, its history and its people, not as an outsider looking in, but as someone who genuinely made it home.

Before that, I studied and worked in the UK, and have spent much of my career in international teams across different countries and contexts. I know first-hand what makes them rich, and what makes them hard. Crossing cultures takes a specific mindset: the willingness to acknowledge difference rather than paper over it, and to see that difference as something worth building on.

I have nearly 15 years of experience in pedagogy, teaching and instructional design, across very different teams and projects, both as an e-learning developer and as a workshop facilitator. That breadth taught me what works and what doesn't, and gave me a clear view of how much impact gets left on the table when training isn't designed to change anything.

Learning Arch Studio is the result of that. I believe learning is a journey that transforms, and I want to bring that to you and your team.

Every element of a learning path has a reason. Nothing is included because it looks good or fills time.
