Learning Arch Studio exists because I kept seeing the same problem: organisations investing in training that wasn't designed to produce change. The 12 levers of transfer weren't activated. The 70% of learning that happens on the job wasn't designed for. The evaluation stopped at satisfaction scores.
I believe learning design is architecture — every element has a structural purpose, and when it's done well, the whole thing holds weight.
