3. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit the contact form on this website. The data collected includes:

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not collect any data through automatic means beyond standard server logs managed by Hostinger.

4. Why we collect it and legal basis

We collect and process your contact form data for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange and conduct a free learning audit as requested.

The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): you have contacted us with a specific request, and processing your data is necessary to respond to it. Where you have given explicit consent by ticking the consent checkbox on the form, that consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) also applies.

5. How we use your data

We retain contact form submissions for a maximum of 12 months from the date of receipt. If no business relationship develops from your enquiry, your data is deleted after that period. If a working relationship is established, data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 3 years thereafter, in accordance with standard business record-keeping practice.

8. Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access (Article 15): you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification (Article 16): you can ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
