What to expect
1

A response within 48 hours

I read every message personally. If your request fits what I do, I'll reply with a few questions to understand your context before we speak.

2

A 20-minute discovery call

We talk. I ask about your teams, your situation, and what you've already tried. You ask whatever you need. No pitch. Just a real conversation.

3

The free half-day audit

If there's a fit, we schedule the free audit. I review your materials, talk to a couple of stakeholders, and come back with honest findings. Takes half a day of your time.

4

A recommendations deck — free

You receive a short, clear deck: what's working, where the gaps are, and what a well-designed programme could do. No invoice. No obligation to go further.

5

A proposal — only if it makes sense

If the audit findings suggest a full engagement would help, I'll write a proposal. If it doesn't — I'll say so, and point you in the right direction.

Frequently asked questions

Is the audit really free? +
Yes, completely. The free half-day audit is Step 1 of my methodology, and it's always included at no cost. I do this because I believe in diagnosing before prescribing — and because a well-framed problem is worth more than a generic proposal.
What size of company do you work with? +
Primarily international companies and fast-growing startups with 50–500 employees operating in or from Lithuania. The sweet spot is a company with a dedicated HR manager or L&D lead who knows training isn't working as well as it should, but isn't sure why.
Do you work in Lithuanian or English? +
Both. All programmes are delivered in English as the default for international teams. For Lithuanian-language teams or programmes, Lithuanian is fully available. The audit and proposal can be delivered in either language.
How long does a typical engagement take? +
The full 6-step process — from free audit to evaluation report — typically runs 3–6 months for a full programme. Smaller engagements (a single workshop series, an AI readiness sprint) can be completed in 6–8 weeks. The free audit itself takes half a day of your time and 1–2 weeks of mine.
What is the Sodyba Day exactly? +
The Sodyba Day is a signature soft skills intervention: a full day of immersive, practice-based learning at a traditional Lithuanian countryside house. It's not a team-building event — it's a structured, facilitated learning experience designed around specific behaviour change goals, followed by a 2–3 month on-the-job practice plan. It's most effective for soft skills programmes where the practice conditions matter as much as the content.
